These are mini portal axles professionally MJF printed in the US out of Nylon12. Axles will be BLACK.
Width (pin-to-pin) - Front 175mm (6.9”), Rear 167 (6.6”)
The axles use VP F10 center sections for a strong and simple third member assembly. From there out they use Capra based parts (shafts, portal gears, portal covers and bearings.) Center sections will need to be dremeled down to match the axle housing. (See pics) The front axle uses XR10/Wraith C-hubs. Dlux c-hubs will not work as they are shorter and will not line up with the knuckle.
NOTICE— The front and rear axle shafts will need to be shortened. Axles will include Exo rear shafts and Dlux front. Dlux fronts will need about 2mm cut off and the tang extended the same. Exo rears have a long tang so they just need to be cut to length.
Included: front axle housing, rear axle housing, cut to length exo rear shafts, Dlux mini front shafts, front knuckles, rear portal covers, carbon servo plate and hardware. (Front and Rear shafts require cutting to length)
Required for assembly: bearings, VP F10 plastic centers, ring and pinions, lockers, c-hubs (Wraith/XR10), Capra kingpin screws, axles shafts (5mm so you have a sufficient tag), stub shafts, portal gears and front portal covers.
Assembled axles- Plastic F10 centers, Meus R&Ps (8/30), Meus portal gears (36% OD fr, Stock rear), Dlux front shafts, Exo rear and 1/8" titanium steering links.
